How to Use Geranium Essentia Oil in Practice

(Standard directions for clinical use – customise by client need)

• Skincare: Dilute 1–2 drops in 5ml carrier oil (Jojoba or Almond) to help with acne, dermatitis, or dull skin.
• Massage: Use 2–3 drops per 10ml carrier oil to ease tension and lift mood.
• Diffusion: 4–8 drops in a diffuser for emotional stability and to cleanse indoor air.
• Bathing: 4–6 drops dispersed in milk, bath oil, or a carrier for a calming stress relieving bath.
• Compress: Use warm compresses with diluted Geranium to ease hormonal discomfort.
• Refreshing and deodorising Body Spray: In a clean 50ml spray bottle, add 8 drops of geranium essential oil. Add 5ml of vodka (food grade alcohol). Add 44ml of water or hydrosol. Cap the spray bottle tightly and shake before use. (0.6% dilution of essential oils).
